    Our public speaking courses comprehensively cover a variety of speaking skills and abilities!

     

    Beginner:
    Every student knows what it feels like to listen to a teacher speaking in front of the class, but it is never an easy task to stand in a speaker’s shoes and articulate seamlessly with all eyes on you. This course introduces the basics of public speaking, covering important aspects such as language techniques, intonation, body language, and visual elements in presentations. Students’ confidence to speak before an audience will be built, their overall acquisition of the English language be improved.
    Suitable for: Candidates’ spoken English should be Cambridge English B1 or below (or equivalent)

     

    Advanced:
    Suited for those wishing to further refine their spoken English, the Advanced level course dives deep into more public speaking techniques. Students will be exposed to a wider spectrum of materials and styles in the process of developing their own.

  • WIDA Access – Trial Class

    The WIDA ACCESS test is a standardized, adaptive assessment developed and widely used in the US which measures English language proficiency in English language learners. The test is designed for different grade groups: Kindergarten, 1-2, 3-5, 6-8, and 9-12. It evaluates a student’s proficiency in the four language domains: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. A candidate’s proficiency level in each of the four domains is graded on a scale of 1-6 (1 being the lowest and 6 the highest), as well as a scale score indicating a confidence band if the test were retaken.
