Mr. Brandon Butler

Brandon Butler is an experienced English educator with a master’s degree in TESOL from Azusa Pacific University in California, USA. With over 15 years of teaching English to students of all ages, including at universities in South Korea, he has a proven track record of excellence. Brandon’s expertise extends to organizing and leading large English camps for children, as well as serving as an IELTS examiner in China for four years. His passion for empowering individuals through language learning is evident in his dynamic teaching approach and unwavering commitment to fostering English proficiency.

Mr. Richard Parr

Richard Parr has a Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing from Brunel University, and a 180-hour TEFL qualification with a focus on Young Learners. He has several years of experience teaching students in Europe and Asia. He is an author and a keen sportsman.

Richard’s teaching style is interactive and engaging. He encourages practice over theory, curiosity over passivity, and promoting a deeper level of understanding instead of surface-level interaction. He bridges individual thought with collective thought to balance both perspectives and bring new light to thoughts and ideas. He prefers to meet students where they are, helping them on their way to higher levels of achievement.

Dr. Fong Chin Wei

Dr Fong earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Brooklyn Law School (New York, USA) and studied History and Political Science at the graduate schools at Columbia University and the State University of New York (Buffalo). His undergraduate degree was in Political Science from Ripon College (Wisconsin, USA).

He began his long career as Project Director and Editor for an international organization supporting global humanitarian efforts. He later became an immigration lawyer in New York, where he learnt the highly significant role excellent writing plays in winning asylum cases. After September 11, he started a new chapter in academics and counselling. He has coached hundreds of students, helping them realize their academic aspirations. He has also edited numerous books, journal articles, and PhD dissertations.

Dr. Xiao Yilong

Xiao Yilong holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University, USA. Having sprouted in a Singapore primary school, budded in a Chinese high school, and ripened in a US university, Yilong wields deep understanding of education systems across countries and utilizes their pros to his own advantages.

Yilong enjoys sharing findings and unique perspectives with others. He breathes life into abtrast and dry texts with information and communication technologies, making his lessons fun and interactive to students of vastly different ages. He consistently puts in extra effort by making himself readily available around the clock to address inquires and help boost students’ understanding of materials. As an experienced tutor at Little Life, he has accelerated numerous students toward their academic goals, be it passing admission tests, winning distinctions in academic contests, or improving grades noticeably at school.

Dr. Sheldon Hui
