Dr Fong’s manuscript (the first in the world) to help international students apply for admissions and scholarships from US colleges and universities, improve their command of Academic English and be successful with their student visa applications, will be published in the near future.

Personal Education and Career History:

Dr Fong earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Brooklyn Law School (New York, USA) and studied History and Political Science at the graduate schools at Columbia University and the State University of New York (Buffalo). His undergraduate degree was in Political Science from Ripon College (Wisconsin, USA).

He began his long career as Project Director and Editor for an international organization supporting global humanitarian efforts. He later became an immigration lawyer in New York, where he learnt the highly significant role excellent writing plays in winning asylum cases. After September 11, he started a new chapter in academics and counselling. He has coached hundreds of students, helping them realize their academic aspirations. He has also edited numerous books, journal articles, and PhD dissertations.
